Even though our economy is still developing, it makes no sense for a musician to earn 10 times what the best paid footballer makes.
The money from corporate sponsorships seem to be very low. Clubs should therefore look for more ways to generate revenue, because however you look at it, that salary is too low.
Some artists like Jaguar command over Sh 300,000 per gig, and they can have several in a month.
It therefore means that with the right management and revenue plans, the clubs should be paying their players much better - the economy of the nation can support this.
