Check Out The Swanky Car Janet Mbugua's Husband Drives (Photos)

Citizen TV’s newscaster Janet Mbugua and her then fiancé Eddie Ndichu got married at a chic ceremony held at Chaka ranch at the beginning of his month.
Weeks on, this is still the hottest topic and people have been wondering who Eddie Ndichu really is.
From what I gather, he is the Standard Chartered Bank’s head of digital banking East Africa and just like every big boss; he also drives a big car. Check out picture of his Audi

Six people never to trust with your secrets

    Adapted from Huffingtonpost

You're in it. That warm wash of "not good enough" has taken over. It doesn't matter how you get into shame; the trick is getting out. In one piece. Without sacrificing your authenticity. As a shame researcher, I know that the very best thing to do in the midst of a shame attack is totally counterintuitive: Practice courage and reach out! But here's the tricky part about sharing your story: You can't call just anyone. If you share your shame story with the wrong person, he or she can easily become one more piece of flying debris in your already dangerous shame storm. We want solid connection in a situation like this -- something akin to a sturdy tree firmly planted in the ground. We definitely want to avoid the following:

    1. The friend who hears the story and actually feels shame for you. She gasps and confirms how horrified you should be. Then there is awkward silence. Then you have to make her feel better.

    2. The friend who responds with sympathy ("I feel so sorry for you") rather than empathy ("I get it, I feel with you, and I've been there"). If you want to see a shame cyclone turn deadly, throw one of these at it: "Oh, you poor thing." Or, the incredibly passive-aggressive Southern version of sympathy, "Bless your heart."

    3. The friend who needs you to be the pillar of worthiness and authenticity. She can't help because she's too disappointed in your imperfections. You've let her down.

    4. The friend who is so uncomfortable with vulnerability that she scolds you: "How did you let this happen? What were you thinking?" Or she looks for someone to blame: "Who was that guy? We'll kick his ass."

    5. The friend who is all about making it better and, out of her own discomfort, refuses to acknowledge that you can actually be crazy and make terrible choices: "You're exaggerating. It wasn't that bad. You rock. You're perfect. Everyone loves you."

    6. The friend who confuses connection with the opportunity to one-up you: "That's nothing. Listen to what happened to me one time!" Of course, we're all capable of being friends like these -- especially if someone tells us a story that gets right up in our own shame grill. We're human, imperfect and vulnerable. It's hard to practice compassion when we're struggling with our authenticity or when our own worthiness is off-balance. When we're looking for compassion, we need someone who is deeply rooted, is able to bend and, most of all, embraces us for our strengths and struggles. We need to honor our struggle by sharing it with someone who has earned the right to hear it. When we're looking for compassion, it's about connecting with the right person at the right time about the right issue. We need a move-a-body friend.

    Nine reasons why women cheat

Statistics show that more women than ever are cheating on their partners, and I’ve always wondered why. There has always been that group of men desperate for action with anyone, but women have always been so proud and honest and loving, and cheating just doesn’t fit that mould, so it’s growing popularity has always had me foxed.

    1. Revenge

A lot of women who cheat are getting revenge on their partners, after being seriously hurt. Affairs can do a lot of damage, but instead of crying with their friends, women are finding a single hot man and showing him exactly how much it hurts to know your partner has cheated on you. Not clever, really, but understandable...there is only so much yelling can achieve, and the hurt is intense. It can easily block rational thought, and even someone who knows two wrongs can’t make a right could be tempted into pay-back.

    2. It's boring in the bedroom

Men aren't the only ones who need to spice things up. "Women need to feel desired!". If she is not getting any, enough, or nothing to talk about, women start to feel a sexual void.

    3. Feeling neglected

Feeling completely neglected is another common cause of affairs. Women just can’t put up with not having any attention, and if they aren’t getting it at home, they’ll get it from men outside. But one thing can lead to another, and being exposed to flattery which is so rare can make it so much easier for a charming womanizer to talk his way into her bed. Well, I don’t know if it’ll get results, and I’d recommend a talk over a fling any day, but this is understandable too. Don’t stand for being neglected!

    4. Jealousy

Have you ever been with a man who is so damn sexy that no woman can help herself near him? Whether it’s a suggestive smile or sending him a drink, he never seems to be able to escape the admiring crowds, and it can make you feel insecure, especially if you are feeling like an average Jane next to him, which is why women with gorgeous husbands boost their confidence by getting another man into bed. It shows they are a head-turner too, and makes them feel much more confident but remember, it could leave your relationship in tatters, and it won’t fix the jealousy issue.

    5. Feeling a relationship ending

"When a woman feels that uneasy sense that a relationship is on the outs, by either her doing or his, she will often look to fill the void externally to soften the blow,". "If she is the one considering the breakup, she may be using this tactic as a challenge to herself both testing the waters, and then gauge if she can go through with it."

    6. Replacement

A surprising number of women admitted to cheating to find their next partner so they wouldn’t be single when they left their current partner. Shocked? I was! After all, cheating on your partner can’t make you attractive to potential boyfriends, right? Well, it seems to be happening more and more. I can’t really get my head around this one. If you want to leave, go, and if replacing him with a new man fast is important, throw yourself into blind dates, speed dating and nights out. But be honest!

    7. Change

Change can cause a women to seek an affair. From the obvious, such as having a baby, to simple things such as moving house, an affair will make her feel sexy and attractive and give her life some substance....until it ends that is. Grab a babysitter, book a night out and make a real effort for your partner. Try a wig and new name. Create the same effect, but involve your Mr. Right, or you could lose him!

    8. Warning

Some women cheat as a last warning to their man, particularly if they are refusing to do something, or make a change. It’s almost a childish “If you don’t do what I want, I’ll leave” action, but most of the time, it’s out of desperation rather than spite. Talk to him instead, tell him how you feel, and that you are about to give up. Communication is key for a successful relationship. Evaluate his reaction...if he doesn’t care, leave.

     9. Unhappiness

For men, sex is a vital part of relationships. Women understand this. I mean, some of us find sex vital too but even if we don’t, we know that men need it. So when we aren’t having it, we know something is up. The survey found that women whose sex lives had dwindled felt like their partners didn’t love them anymore, or find them sexually attractive. Cue finding a man who does, and seeking comfort in his arms.

10 Reasons Why Sluts Make Better Friends

    1. She's More Sympathetic
If nothing else, a slut knows what it's like to be ostracized, which means she's going to get it when you're feeling rejected or down or on the outskirts of your own life. She's been there, and she can relate.

    2. She's More Fun
No surprise that the one friendly factor sluts scored well on in the survey was outgoingness. And I don't mean in the sexual sense, even, though that's obviously true. I mean in the more-likely-to-want-to-have-a-good-time sense, perhaps in an off-the-cuff way. Her sense of adventure leaks out of her vagina and into yours, er, the night.

    3. She's Got Your Ass

She's got her own ass to worry about, but she also cares about yours. Sluts are tougher than the average woman, because they have to be. So when the shit goes down and you need someone to back you up, a slut knows the world is a hostile, indifferent place and that people gotta stick together.

    4. She's More Fashionable
Sluts can't slut it up in yesterday's fashions. To lock a guy down for the night or the moment, she's got to look her best and project a sense of mystery and intrigue in aspirational wear that works for multiple functions. Watch/learn.

    5. She Makes Better Conversation
A slut understands the art of the seduction, which means she gets banter. She can say interesting stuff, and make jokes, and get jokes, and be a part of the conversation, and that extends to you, too, my shy little butterfly.

    6. She Talks About Real Shit
You can have frank conversations about sex, love, foibles, frustrations, with none of the giggly embarrassment. Realized you got your period during a hookup? No bigs. Found yourself drunk and giving a beej to your ex you still hate? She's been there.

    7. She's More In Touch With Herself
As studies are finally figuring out, women are horndogs, too, and a woman who owns that early is a marvel. It takes a lot to accept yourself a sexual, autonomous being who can pursue sex boldly and not be treated like some aggressive mutant. Some women spend their whole lives figuring this out.

    8. She's More Open Minded
As a known sexual deviant, she's more likely to understand the nature of human sexuality and accept all variations within as a normal, worthwhile part of the spectrum.

    9. She's Quick on Her Feet
The more sexually adventurous woman has to figure out how to drop a pin, call a cab, secret bail in the morning, find some Plan B, and locate all good side streets for the next-day walk of shame. Handy. Also, lust is a battlefield. Need to thwart some advances or block a cock? Call her in.

    10. She Has Standards
I know it seems like a promiscuous person doesn't have standards, but they do. Being open or adventurous sexually doesn't mean you will sleep with anyone, it means you're looking for a certain chemistry and become very good at detecting it, very quickly.
But that doesn't mean you should go make friends with the nearest slut. That would be silly. Because a good friend is someone you like, who does the things you want a friend to do. If you actually think it has anything to do with how many people she has slept with, rethink your major.

Theories Behind Cheating Couples Getting STUCK

Can couples really get stuck during sexual intimacy? Medical doctors, whom some people dismiss as clueless regarding the matters of ‘sexual lock down’, describe the situation as a temporary medical condition that is treatable.

However in Ukambani, such ‘lock downs’ are normal. And they are not medical, according to traditional experts.

As a matter of fact, randy men who have affinity for preying on other men’s wives are advised to tread carefully, lest one bumps into a wife who has a ‘lock’. In Ukambani lovers have been busted stuck together while on the throes of intimate passion and unsuccessfully struggling to disentangle.

Lately though such have been witnessed elsewhere in the country where the unfortunate couples are hauled into police trucks, wrapped in blankets and dumped in hospitals to await their fate under bewildered doctors. In Kamba land, there exists mbingo (meaning lock) where a suspicious husband can ‘lock’ his wife such that she will never enjoy sexual bliss outside her marriage. Such mbingo is sometimes extended to homesteads where the family head, with the help of a witch-doctor, installs it to cushion his home from thieves and intruders.

But it is mbingo ya mundu muka (putting a lock on a woman) that continues to cause bewilderment among many people. Kamba traditionalists swear that this ‘lock’ helps to curb infidelity in couples and will catch the ‘thief’ pants down.

I sought to explore how this mbingo is installed, how it works and its effectiveness.

The results were dumbfounding and hilarious. Mzee Mbuvi Musyimi, 83, from Mukuthu village in Mwingi Central District says there are three types of mbingo that will prevent an amorous wife from straying. According to Musyimi, only men can ‘lock’ their wives and not the other way round.

“This is because the male species is wired for polygamy. Even the witch-doctors who fix this mbingo are men, so they will never lock their fellow men,” Musyimi says.

He says the first scenario is where a man buys a string and takes it to a witch-doctor where it is treated with muthea (magic portion). It is then handed over to the client as the witch-doctor mumbles incantations. The husband is advised to place the muthea laced cord at a strategic place in his homestead, such as on the way to the toilet, kitchen or bedroom where his wife will unknowingly jump over it.

“Use all your tricks to have her jump over the specially prepared string. Once she does, it is a deal. Take it and hide it at a place known only by you,” says Musyimi, adding that with such a simple operation the wife is permanently ‘under lock and key’. Musyimi notes that this is the worst form of mbingo since a thieving man will get stuck on the woman, his male organ swell and then die within hours.

Instead of killing the ‘thief’, Musyimi says many people prefer a second type of mbingo where you catch him in action and demand hefty compensation for ‘trespass’.

This is where a witchdoctor advises you to buy a knife that has a pouch. The witch-doctor will detach the knife from its pouch, treat it with muthea then give it back to the man.

“You are required to while away time from home for seven days, during which time the muthea becomes effective,” he says.

    Hate him

A third type of mbingo involves inflicting temporary impotence on a stray man. Here a suspicious husband gets a powerful dose of muthea from a witch-doctor. One is then advised to discreetly apply this muthea on the private parts of the wife or a girlfriend.

“If another man comes knocking, his male organ will just become flaccid, lifeless and shrink. The woman will hate him for life,” says Musyimi, before breaking into a prolonged naughty laughter as I join in.
